I absolutely love the colour you made with her and her outfit is just beautiful. the designs are neat and the body figure and hand are alright.

i do see a few lil mistakes not to bad though.
the left breast (right breast facing) is small than the other. The best way to draw out the left breast other than making the same copy as the right would be to just simply make a line curving below the chest. the only way i can show u an example is with my drawing if you can see it. [link] <<<<<<<--------notice here in the pic my character on the right how her breast doesn't look alike with the other. it simply as a curve pointing down. (sounds silly but i can't really tell you without showing, therefor reason for link i posted on the critique)
the left hand (right facing) is fine but can use a lil more work. it looks a bit smaller than the other which throws off the visual. The hair looks beautiful but would be nice if you can make the hair move around a bit with the motion of her lil cape behind her. (don't know what else to call it so i call it cape.)
the hips looks nice as well and the belt around brings out her movement.
The right hand looks very professional and looks like it had a lot of time put into it.
Again wonderful colouring and wonderful outfit!
